Technique of rare beauty obtained incorporating a gold leaf inside the incandescent molten mass (bolo). This bolo is passed on the “bronzino” ( a plate of bronze ) to became a cylindrical element. There are one or more gold leaves on “bronzino”, the cylindrical element rolls over the bronzino in such a way that the gold leaf will stick. The this bolo is then submerged in another layer of molten glass so the gold leaf is englobed in the thickness. Blowing the glass the gold will shatter giving to the glass a texture of golden flakes.
