Filigrana has always been associated to magic of the Venetian glassworks. This type of glass consists of colored glass rods arranged in a parallel manner over the molten glass which ahas been rounded up on the Magiosso.  This invention dates back to Roman Times but the Venetians will incomparable levels of sophistication and splendor in the XVI century. This artistic work represents one of the main glass techniques and type of glass working developed by Venetians witnessing the artistic genius of this city.
